I was hesitant to have a lower facelift and met with several doctors. Dr. Pruitt was so patient and answered all my questions. He showed me before and after pictures. He did not pressure me to make a decision. Dr. Pruitt's manner and amazing, natural results made me feel confident to have the surgery. His staff is great and so professional. I am so happy with the results!!
Dr. Pruitt has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very kind and laid back, and takes his time when attending to you. He has performed multiple surgeries on me, and conservative in his approach, you can feel confident in the outcome. I recommended him to a friend for a full facelift and she was thrilled with the results. I would never let any other plastic surgeon operate on me.
Dr. Pruitt studied my unique desires and goals (unique due to a previous surgery). He gave advice and realistic feedback about what he hoped to achieve but honest in the possibility of not achieving those goals. He did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. I struggled a great deal in deciding whether or not to proceed. After researching Dr. Pruitt and only receiving the highest recommendations, I proceeded with the surgery. Dr. Pruitt's skill is astounding. His bed-side manner and attention following surgery, even more impressive. I could not be more pleased with my result-both physically and mentally.
What impresses me the most about Dr. Pruitt is that he is truly committed to the health and well being of his patients. He took a genuine interest in me as a person and made me feel safe and confident about my procedures. He has a very caring and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the procedures so I could understand and what to expect with my recovery. I can confidently recommend Dr. Pruitt.
I had surgery by another plastic surgeon and had a complication. My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Pruitt for his advice. He was so kind and respectful at my consultation. He discussed all the options and risks and the unknown factors associated with my previous surgery. I decided to move forward with Dr. Pruitt asking him to attempt to correct the problems. The surgery went extremely well and although it took a little longer for the swelling to go down, I am thrilled with my results. I am so happy that I scheduled a facelift in a few months so I will have a younger looking face to go with my young looking body! Dr. Pruitt is an amazing person and surgeon.

Dr. Pruitt is very knowledgeable about the surgical procedures I wanted. He was very honest about what to expect. Very realistic about the outcome of the procedures. Dr. Pruitt was very professional and informative. I had a noninvasive liposuction procedure that did not work very well, so I went to see Dr. Pruitt about Vaser liposuction. I had the surgery and the results were greatly improved and there was little down time. I was very grateful for his honesty and expertise.
Dr. Pruitt is so kind and understanding. I had old hard silicone implants. They look and felt horrible but I have been scared to have them removed. I told Dr. Pruitt I wish I had never had them put in 31 years ago! Dr. Pruitt talked with me about all my options. He presented several choices. He never pressured me just provided information. Even though I am 'mature' I still want to look my best. I decided to have the old ones removed new soft modern breast implants placed. I trusted him completely and I am very happy with my results.
So Excited!!! I have wanted to have a tummy tuck for years and finally did it! Dr. Pruitt and his staff have been so supportive and kind. I cannot believe how thin the scar is and it has only been 11 days since my surgery. I am so grateful.
The best experience. My husband was so worried about all aspects of me having elective surgery and a facelift on top of that! Dr. Pruitt and his staff have been great. They texted him every two hours during surgery which greatly reduced his anxiety. The caregiver that took care of me after surgery was amazing. I am seven days post-surgery and my husband keeps saying 'this is going to look great'! Thank you for taking care of both of us.
Dr. Pruitt is the best and so is his nurse Carolyn. He took care of me like I was his own daughter, going as far as even wheeling me my out to my mom’s car after my surgery to make sure I was okay. I’ve never seen a surgeon do that in my life. If I ever had a question or possible issue post-surgery, their office was so quick to get me in to see them. Nothing but an amazing experience and amazing things to say about his whole staff!

From the time I stepped foot in the office, I just felt like i was in the right place. At my consultation with Dr. Pruitt, I was never rushed, he thoroughly answered my questions and was very professional. His office and nursing staff are excellent. Carolyn is warm, reassuring and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and security before and after surgery. The surgery needed coordinating with another office for a separate procedure. Dr. Pruitt's office coordinated with the other doctor, relieving any extra stress or confusion come surgery day. Now, after surgery, I am enjoying my results and highly recommend Dr. Pruitt.

I practically asked for the moon and Dr. Pruitt and his staff did everything to help me! I am from out of town so getting everything coordinated pre-op and scheduling my airline, surgery, and care after was a little tricky, but Caroline and Dr. Pruitt were so easy to work with and accommodating, it was simply remarkable.
